Jane Austen’s iconic love story gets an injection of modern humour in this unique and audacious retelling of Pride and Prejudice*… (*sort of). Medusa... is she a Monster?

The Circle of Her explores the inherited themes passed down through societal ideology of women face adversity within today’s society. The piece draws concepts found in the story of Medusa. This Jasmin Vardimon inspired piece of dance theatre shows the life of women through the stylistic elements of contemporary dance and physical theatre, which takes the audience through the relentless battle for a voice, for freedom and for a chance to be heard.
